  • Form NDH-2: Application for Extension
    Filed when a Nidhi Company fails to meet the required 200 members or maintain the 1:20 Net Owned Funds to deposits ratio, requesting an extension from the Regional Director.
  • Form NDH-3: Half-Yearly Return
    This bi-annual return reports deposits, loans, and member details for each half-year, requiring professional certification.
  • Form AOC-4: Financial Statements
    Used to file the company’s audited financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account, with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the AGM.
