  • PAN and TAN Application: Obtain Permanent Account Number and Tax Deduction Account Number for the NGO.
  • Bank Account Opening: Open a bank account in the NGO’s name for financial transactions.
  • Tax Filings: File income tax returns and adhere to statutory compliance requirements annually.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and submit reports to the relevant authorities to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • NGO Darpan Registration: Register with the NGO Darpan portal managed by NITI Aayog to avail various government schemes and grants.
